OC Fuel 247 at Harbour Island - formerly known as Harbour Island Fuel Dock - has been providing fuel for boaters and water sports enthusiasts since 1986. Under new ownership, we hope to bring you more offerings to make your day on the water as hassle-free as possible! We are a public fuel dock that caters to all types of boats and boaters - from commercial charter boats to recreational boaters, we'll do our best to get you fueled up quickly so you can fish on!
We have been a proud sponsor of the White Marlin Open (2021, 2022), Fish In OC (2021, 2022, 2023) and Coastal Fisherman (2022).

Billy is a former marine with an entrepreneurial mindset and an extensive background in the transportation logistics industry. He lives in OCMD with his wife and young son.
